Cat Conrad-Hathaway has been working in New York City for the past 20 years. She began with a successful career in print, television, and film as a make-up artist and hair stylist to the stars. After working with top New York photographers for many years, she developed a passion for the art of photography, and some incredible mentors.

Cat 's photographic work includes black & white headshots for actors, family and children's portraiture, commercial print, and corporate events. She has a gift for bringing out the true spirit and personality of the subject in each photograph. Cat prefers to work with natural light whenever possible, giving her work a notable uniqueness. She also has an experienced eye for detail when it comes to hair, make-up, wardrobe and styling.

In 2001, Cat, her husband, and their 2-year-old son moved to Chicago so they could be closer to family. Although Cat has made Chicago her base, she continues to shoot in New York.
